As stated on our home page, The Organic Forecast blog is part of the Utah State University Extension service. We, as proud employees of a research-based non-biased organization, often feel compelled to shout from the rooftops about the amazing work that Utah State University is doing…..and today is no exception!
A recent article on agriculture.com highlighted a few professors from Utah State who’ve teamed up with professionals from other universities to be a part of the NASA initiative “Center for Utilization of Biological Engineering in Space (CUBES)”. This means USU research isn’t just going global, it’s going to Mars. Talk about out of this world!
