This is our catch-all site for information on classes, gardening basics, garden care, soil care, yard care, videos, apps and much, much more!
This site is loaded with Utah relevant pest information including identification guides, pest advisories and fact sheets.
Utah State University Analytical Laboratory (USUAL) – this is the site you go to for forms, instructions and prices for soil, water and manure testing.
Utah Plant Pest Diagnostic Laboratory (UPPDL) – this site contains information on how to submit a pest specimen for diagnostics. The ‘submit a sample’ link provides instructions how to properly collect and submit various types of samples.
This site focuses on tree resources, from tree identification, tree selection and webinars. Check out the treebrowser.org link for a Utah-relevant searchable database of 245 trees.
Jordan Valley Conservation Garden Park – speaking of searchable databases of plants, the conservation garden park has a database of plants, many of which grow on their grounds. Look for the ‘find plants’ link on their home page.
